2.On
the left hand side, under check availability enter the
dates of stay and group code UW9 ,
click on Check Availability
3.The
group name and rates ($89/nite) will
appear as long as there is still availability in the
block. Select the room type preferred and proceed to
booking
Hospitality Suite will
be open 8am - 12pm Thursday through Saturday.
Reunion Fees: $20/per person includes
complementary souvenir t-shirt, name tags, hospitality
suite and snacks in the hospitality suite.
Transportation:
The host hotel has a van that holds 10 people, and they
could take us to the various different locations.
They also have airport pickup from the Colorado Springs
Airport. There will also be those of us that drive
to Colorado Springs and we can car pool. I have
chosen not to contract a private bus so we can keep the
cost of the reunion as low as possible.

2nd: Banquet and Business Meeting
The menu choices will not be available
until August 2010. At this point I will post them
on the website and send out an e-mail to those that have
signed up for the reunion.
